Teacher Aides provide support to the Early Childhood Education Teacher and Teacher Assistant in implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum (Creative Curriculum) for the assigned classroom, as provided by classroom lesson plan or team. The Aide will work closely with children, staff members, and families to ensure that the center runs smoothly and children’s needs are met each day. They will assist with the supervision of all children, implementing classroom activities, work cooperatively with and support other classroom staff and volunteers, and assist with the general maintenance of the classroom to insure the health and safety of the children of the program.
