Assistant Director
As the Assistant Director, you will support the daily operations of our high-quality, comprehensive early childhood education program. Working under the guidance of the Migrant Seasonal Head Start (MSHS) Director, you will supervise content area staff, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations while fostering a positive learning environment for all staff and enrolled families. We would love to hear from someone who: Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field. Has 6 Administration units and 2 Adult Supervision units (or obtain within one year of employment). Has a minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a similar program/department with direct staff supervision.
