Parent Family Community Engagement Specialist
Community Development Institute (CDI), a private, nonprofit corporation with headquarters in Denver, Colorado, is engaged in organizational development, leadership development, and training/technical assistance. CDI is the Head Start National Interim Management Contractor (NIM) for the Federal Office of Head Start. The Parent, Family, and Community Engagement (PFCE) Specialist position provides ongoing support to local staff of Head Start/Early Head Start programs under interim management. The PFCE Specialist will assist programs in understanding and implementing the Head Start Program Performance Standards in the areas of ERSEA and Family & Community Engagement and provide training and technical assistance (TTA) as needed (both onsite and remotely).
